Return Conditions

• Return Window: You may return your product within 30 days from the date you receive it.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns that are not in brand-new condition.
• Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
• Serial Numbers: We record serial numbers at the time of shipping to ensure the correct item is returned.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@alvitools.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original form of payment.

Important Notes

• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
• Warranty Issues: If there is a warranty issue with the product, please reach out directly to the Milwaukee Service Center for assistance.
