Order Cancellation

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Shipping Address

  • Shipping Address Changes: Once an order is paid, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Damaged Goods

  • Receiving Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged goods, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. We will assist you with the next steps.

Delayed Shipments

  • Delayed Shipments: If your item has not arrived by the expected date, please file a claim with the carrier to track it down. Allow the carrier 72 hours to locate your package. If they are unable to locate it, we will issue a refund.

Promotional Items

  • Returns for Promotional Items: If you purchased items as part of a promotion where the customer receives free items, all items in the order must be returned to receive a full refund.

Order Review

  • Order Review: Orders with a large total price will be held for review. We will contact you if further information is needed.

Handling Time

  • Standard Handling Time: Our standard handling time is 2-3 business days.
  • Special Orders and Promotions: For special orders or during promotions, handling time can extend up to 14 business days.
